Browse by sport and category, filter by level and duration, and add the sessions you like to your plan.
Put the workouts in order, give each one a day and choose whether your device guides you by pace, heart rate or power.
Download the files, or send the whole plan to your watch, bike computer or Zwift and follow every step during the session.
No. You can browse every workout, collect a plan and download FIT, ZWO and JSON files without signing up. An account is only needed if you want to send a plan straight to your devices.
FIT workout files work with watches, bike computers and apps that import structured workouts in the FIT format, for example many Garmin devices. ZWO files open in Zwift. The plan sync reaches Garmin, Wahoo, COROS, Suunto, Apple Watch, GoldenCheetah, icTrainer, Zwift, Hammerhead and Rouvy.
Each step has a zone and a target range relative to your own values, FTP for power, threshold pace or CSS for pace and maximum heart rate for heart rate. Enter your values once and the workout pages show absolute targets.
Time based steps count exactly. Distance based steps are estimated for a reference athlete with a threshold pace of 4:30 per kilometer in running and a CSS of 1:45 per 100 meters in swimming, so your own duration can differ.
Effort estimates how demanding a session is from its duration and intensity. One hour at threshold gives 100 points, easier sessions collect fewer points per hour, hard intervals more.
